Andrew Mann trained and qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PWC) in London. Prior to moving to Monaco in 1988, he spent ten years in the Middle East working in Lebanon, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia initially as Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse involved in audits and consulting with US and European companies in the Construction, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality and Saudi Arabian Government J/V's in petrochemicals. He also started his own company specialising in the supply and installation of security systems for Saudi Government agencies.

Since moving to Monaco he has worked in Cross Border International Tax Planning for HNW individuals and international corporations. He has also been employed as Finance Director for three publicly quoted companies. He is currently involved in providing financial and consulting services with various start-up companies that are involved in developing clean and sustainable products, he also acts as a Board Director for international companies involved in Cross Border transactions.

Anton Baturin is a lawyer professionally qualified to practice in Luxembourg, England & Wales and Russia.

Anton started his career more than 20 years ago and worked in majour law firms in Moscow before he moved to Luxembourg in 2005 to continue in a boutique business law firm, where he grew to the position of a Partner.

Anton joined Justlex in 2022. His core practice areas include business law, corporate and M&A, banking and finance, alternative investments funds, international commercial law.

Anton received his first law degree as a Qualified International Lawyer in 2001. Later, he qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (admission in 2014) and then, as Avocat à la Court in Luxembourg (admission to List IV in 2014 and List I in 2019).

In addition to the law qualifications, Anton has a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Luxembourg (with a week in residence in the Stern School of Business, New York University).

Anton enjoys sailing and does pro bono work for a sailing club by providing advice and assistance with organising sailing races for students of Luxembourg schools, in which he also participates as a co-skipper teaching children to sail.

Anton speaks English, French, German, Russian and has basic knowledge of Luxembourgish.

Antonello Senes is a lawyer who has been admitted to practice since 1990, after almost nine years of military career spent in the Arma dei Carabinieri (one of the major law enforcement bodies in Italy). He is fully enrolled with the BAR Association of Rome and Luxembourg, specialising in finance and investment funds law.

He is an experienced lawyer with deep expertise in international contract and negotiations, and in private equity transactions.
Antonello is skilled to set up trusts and to act for private families and individuals as trustee. He also fills the role as board member/director in several Luxembourg and foreign groups, including SICAV/SICAR UCITS and non-UCITS, and as advisor in a broad commercial field, including IP rights.
Antonello has spent more than twenty years advising and representing multi-national European and US corporations in the domestic, Far East and overseas markets, including India, Vietnam, Australia, North, Central and Latin America. In his last in-house position he has served the public company Piaggio (Vespa, Aprilia & Guzzi) as International Advisor, with the role of Executive Vice-President.

University of Sassari (Italy), after working as associate for several years in a British law firm, in 2012 he created the law firm Justlex in Luxembourg with two other partners. In July 2015 Antonello took over Justlex from his former partners and moved it to the current premises with his team.

Prior to providing corporate and fiduciary services, Axel worked for nine years in one French and two German banks in the treasury asset liability management, actively managing the banks’ risk exposures.
In 2006, Axel qualified as a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant. He focuses on financial engineering and on taxation. Fluent in German, English and French, Axel is a German national and has two sons.

Christelle is an Avocat à la Cour qualified to practice in Luxembourg.

She started her career in 2008 as a lawyer in a boutique business law firm and grew within the firm to the Head of litigation, insolvency, restructuring and AML departments. Prior to joining Justlex in September 2023, she worked in another reputable Luxembourg-based law firm specializing in international and multi-jurisdictional litigation strategies, insolvency law, commercial and financial litigation.

Her core practice areas include civil law, succession, commercial law, corporate law. She assists clients in sports and aviation law.

Christelle has developed a solid experience in corporate law and has a profound knowledge and expertise in international litigation assisting domestic and international clients with all stages of commercial disputes, including pre-litigation actions, court proceedings, enforcement and settlement. She provides legal advice and represents clients in disputes related to bankruptcy law, liquidation and debt collection. A specific domain of criminal law focused on white collars crime is also part of her expertise.

She is regularly appointed by Luxembourg court as the liquidator (liquidateur), receiver (curateur), temporary administrator (administrateur provisoire) in company judicial liquidations and insolvencies, and succession matters. Christelle is admitted to the list of corporate sworn conciliators and legal representatives.

Christelle is one of the founders and a board member of the Luxembourgish Association of Judicial Representatives (“Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice”).

Christelle holds a Master’s degree from the University of Law in Metz.

She speaks French, Italian and English.

Francesco Anedda

Francesco Anedda holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Cagliari. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Cagliari.

Since 2006, he has been working in the consulting sector for companies and professionals. He specialises in accounting, preparation of financial statements according to national accounting principles, tax law, tax litigation, and company law. He has dealt professionally with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements and tax returns (IRES, IRAP, IRPEF, VAT, withholding tax), corporate compliance, company valuation, company liquidation, drafting of budgets and business plans, judicial and extrajudicial assistance to taxpayers before the Inland Revenue Agency, administrative assistance to companies in their relations with public bodies.

He has acquired experience in various sectors, including: agricultural activities, production of energy from renewable sources, publishing, production of plastic cards and credit cards, travel agencies, stone quarrying, professional companies.

Since 2020, he has been working with Justlex Italia, for which he also coordinates activities on privacy, organisational system 231, and relations with consultants.

Giovanna Marinelli is a senior accountant with almost 20 years of experience. Before joining Justlex, she worked in tax advisory firms, a corporate accounting department in Italy and in a finance consulting company in Luxembourg.

She is specialised in matters of corporate tax and VAT for Italian, Luxembourg, and international companies; the preparation of interim, annual and consolidated accounts and financial statements, and in corporate secretary activities as well as in the Luxembourg payroll process.

Giovanna collects and dispatches internally for any query that our stakeholders (Clients, Partners or Service Providers) may have and represents the gateway to Justlex Group.

Prior to joining JustLex in October 2022 as a lawyer, Mylène first worked for approximately two years at a business litigation firm in Manhattan, New York and then worked as a corporate and compliance officer for well-known Alternative Investment Fund Manager companies and central administration firm in Luxembourg, while preparing for the Luxembourg law complementary courses exam (Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois (“CCDL”)). After passing the CCDL and being sworn in, Mylène worked for an independent Luxembourg law firm and then for a well-known U.S. law firm in the fields of investment funds, finance, and banking and corporate.

Mylène holds a master's degree in business law and a master's degree in cross-border business law (Luxembourg law, German law, and common law) from the University of Law in Metz as well as a bachelor's degree in private law from the University of Law in Nancy.

Mylène speaks English, French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
